After seeing her husband and CO-host Ryan Klesko take a giant Montana bull, Kelly was excited to head to New Mexico for her chance. With her father and Ryan both running cameras it was sure to make for a exciting hunt. Team Hardcore member Olin Clawson used his guide skills to get Kelly several close encounters on some decent bulls before putting this legend in range of her Christensen Arms rifle. After a smoking shot she was on her pay to wrapping her hands around a great New Mexico bull and her first kill of the season.

Burning up the miles on the truck is what cameraman Mathew Klesko has been doing this fall. Traveling from Georgia to Colorado and then off to Montana to video Ryan Klesko elk hunting. After capturing Ryans big bull on video the duo headed east to Buffalo Wyoming to chase antelope with his Hoyt bow. Having many close encounters and blown stalks on the ever so weary speed goats they had high hopes to connect. With Ryan running the camera and Mathew with his chance to score they put in mile after mile of spot and stalk. Finally they found the right speed goat in the right position and he was able to connect on his first ever antelope. A very nice goat in this area and to do it with a bow and spot and stalk it is quite the accomplishment.

In his home state of Colorado Trev was able to get a medical release to use a crossbow during archery season and hunt with good friend and Outback Outdoors partner Adam Wells. After an incredible week of rutting action and numerous encounters Trev was able to down this mature bull with one well placed shot from his Barnett Crossbow tipped with a Rage at 59 yards! Way to go Trev…the one armed bandit strikes again!

Co-Host Ryan Klesko is keeping up the pace this season with this great Montana bull. Ryan loves to be in the mountains chasing bugling bulls and this year was no exception. Day one of the hunt had Ryan and Cameraman Mathew Klesko in the action. Using the tag team method with a caller staying back behind the shooter, Ryan was able to connect on this giant 6×6 bull.

Joining the team on a group hunt co-owner of Wildgame Innovations and host of Wildgame Nation TV show, Matt Busbice was ready for action with his Barnett crossbow. Buffalo Wyoming and a deer tag and antelope tag had Matt eager to hit the mountain side. He soon found out that this area of Wyoming was loaded with game and he would have ample opportunities. With his Barnett Crossbow locked and loaded it did not take long before he was launching a blistering fast arrow through a pope and young antelope buck. A 55 yard shot and he was wrapping his hands around this wall hanger. Matt is welcome to share camp with Team Hardcore anytime and anywhere.

After Will had captured his wife Heathers slam dunk mule deer kill, he felt the urge to put his tag on another Utah Monarch.  Will and Heather spend countless hours year round in scouting and searching for mature trophy animals. With numerous record book animals we knew that Will would not burn a tag on anything other than a giant.  Using team work and a little luck, they found a giant buck in any state anywhere. With Heather running the camera and Will with his Christensen Arms rifle in his hands it was sure to work out. Will pulled the trigger and this MONSTER 203” velvet mulie hit the dirt. Two giant bucks in a couple of days time and the newest members of Team Hardcore set the bar pretty high!!

Craig has joined Team Hardcore in Wyoming after hunting a couple of days prior with us in Utah and taking his giant mule deer. Jason Irish has been at camp several days before Craig rolled into town and had placed some ground blinds in strategic places. After some close encounters and some footage that is too good to talk about yet he opted to do some spot and stalking. Slipping into position he sent a rocket shot through the rib cage of his first ever antelope. His Barnett crossbow dd the job on a very long shot! Congrats to Craig on his second kill with the Team Hardcore crew! Craig is now a honorary member of Team Hardcore!!

Trevon Stoltzfus along with Rocket Ryan headed to Wyoming to hunt the archery opener with R&K Hunting Co. Trev had a major shoulder injury not long before hunting season and feared his season wouldn’t happen. Thanks to Wyoming regulations allowing the use of a cross bow during archery season Trev was able to take this velvet buck after a good stalk! Trev says “This hunt meant a lot to me, because actually I didn’t think it would happen. Because of the severity of the injury to my shoulder and the nerve damage in my hand I thought my season was done before it even started. This goes to show that with a strong competitive drive even under adverse conditions a Hunter can still get out and enjoy the outdoors and be successful.”

Our newest Team Hardcore members Will and Heather Fararr did not waste anytime putting a big buck on the ground. Heather has been scouting and searching Eastern Utah for just the right buck to slap her tag on. After all summer and several trips down to her hunting ground she and Will had found many great bucks to choose from. After the last day of bow season she knew with her Christensen Arms rifle in hand she could seal the deal. After some great stalks she was into position and she made short work of the giant 185” 4×4 velvet mule deer. Congrats to Heather and her first Hardcore Hunting TV kill!! Welcome to the crew.

Country Singer Slams Giant!

Country music star and host of his own outdoor television show All Access joined Hosts Ryan Klesko and JT Harden in Utah for some mule deer action. After arriving in camp and checking out Kleskos big buck in the freezer, he was pumped up. After some spot and stalks and blown opportunities he was still ready for action. After Ryan and staffer Olin Clawson found a couple of bedded bucks it was time to watch Craig in action. Craig and his cameraman put the belly crawl sneak attack into action with real Team Hardcore style. They were able to slip in and put a arrow through this giant 195” – 30” wide monster mule deer!! It was a pleasure having Craig in camp and he knows how to hunt.

Natural born killer and co-host Jason Irish wasted no time in his first trip out west to kick off his season. Heading out to Buffalo Wyoming to get things set up for a group sponsor hunt and do some scouting, he could not resist grabbing his Hoyt and chasing some critters. Jason spends his summers shooting his bow daily at very long distances to prepare him for any situation that presents itself. After finding a mature antelope buck in the right position he slipped in and made an awesome 80yd boiler room shot!! We know people will send comments but Jason feels very confident in his abilities and the shot proved that. His new Titanium Rage 2 blade made short work of the goat going a mere 40yards before piling up. A great start to his 2010 season.

Ryan Klesko and JT Harden headed west for the third year in a row to Monticello Utah to chase giant velvet mule deer. Ryan had a tag in hand while JT was on the trip to run the camera. They joined new Team Hardcore members Will and Heather Farrar while Country music singer Craig Morgan would be joining them later. After a couple of days of searching for the right buck they got into position and waited for this giant 183″ buck to feed through the sage brush and offer Ryan a shot. This was Ryans first kill with his Hoyt after joining their pro staff. The Easton arrow tipped with the all new Rage Titanium head made short work of this Utah brute.
